Terms of Use

By accessing or using PostShow (including our websites, web app, mobile apps, and Artists portal), you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use PostShow. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use PostShow with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your profile details up to date.

You may not impersonate others, use a username you do not have the right to use, create accounts through unauthorized or automated means, or share your account credentials.

You retain ownership of content you post on PostShow, including reviews, photos, comments, messages, profile information, and claim-related submissions.

By posting content, you grant PostShow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for formatting and display), display, perform, and distribute that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the service, including through our hosting and CDN providers. This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except for reasonable residual copies in backups or logs that are deleted in the ordinary course, and except where we must retain material for legal, security, or enforcement reasons.

Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, infringing, sexually exploitative, or otherwise harmful to others or to the platform. You are responsible for the content you submit and for having the rights needed to grant the license above.

Direct messages and other limited-audience features are still processed by PostShow and our service providers to deliver the feature. Do not use messaging to harass others or to violate these terms. We may access or review private content when needed for security, abuse investigation, legal compliance, or support that you request.

If you submit a claim to manage an artist profile through the Artists portal or related flows, you represent that you are authorized to do so. False or abusive claims may be rejected, and we may suspend or terminate accounts involved in unauthorized claims.

You agree not to misuse PostShow, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, scrape the service in violation of our policies, interfere with normal operation, evade rate limits or security controls, or use the service to distribute malware or spam.

You also agree to follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove or restrict content, limit features, or take other enforcement actions when we believe content or conduct violates these terms, the Community Guidelines, creates risk for users, or is reported through our reporting tools.

PostShow may display artist, event, venue, or catalog information sourced from third parties such as Ticketmaster and Spotify. That information is provided for convenience; we do not guarantee its completeness or accuracy, and third parties are not endorsing PostShow unless they say so. Your use of linked third-party services is governed by their terms.

PostShow and its branding, software, and original materials are owned by PostShow or its licensors. Except for the limited rights needed to use the service, no rights are granted to you.

If you believe content on PostShow infringes your copyright, send a notice to legal@postshow.app with enough detail for us to locate the material and respond (including your contact information, a description of the work, the allegedly infringing material, and a statement made in good faith under applicable law).

We may suspend or terminate access to PostShow if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates risk for other users or for the service. You may stop using PostShow at any time and may permanently delete your account in Settings → Delete account, as described in our Privacy Policy.

PostShow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PostShow and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100) or the amounts you paid us (if any) in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of PostShow after changes become effective means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.
